Butcher Blocks are the best for cutting up your foods on. With the end grain running throughout the cutting surface, these boards will last for a very long time and look good for years to come. The FSC certified woods come from within the US and are all milled, cut, and finished here in the workshop by hand. Each board has a drip gutter to catch the fluids that come out of the ingredients you’re prepping without making a mess all over your counter-top. Each board is sanded to an unbelievable smoothness and then finished with a proprietary food grade finish I make in house that should keep your butcher block looking healthy for a long time to come.
