Wine Barrel Smoker Chips

Chips for your BBQ or your smoker.  Made from the cut offs of wine barrel stave projects.  Soak these in some water for a  few minutes, place in a foil envelope, and place them directly on your coals or propane burner.  Wait for the chips to start smoking and then place your protein above the smoke for cooking.  These chips add an incredible white oak and wine flavor to your meats.
